Our chef Alex and his staff at the hotel prepare meals with the freshest of produce, bought locally mussels scallops from Triabunna on Tasmania’s East Coast, and our fish is bought from the fishermen on Constitution dock. All vegetables, bread and meat are also bought locally, in Hobart and delivered daily to the hotel.
