Since 2011, Dialog has been providing resources as part of a blended team with Department of Human Services to flourish applications using SAP CAM as piece of the Customer Beginning program of work. As of May 2014, Dialog was providing over 35 developers and business analysts to deliver a major program of work valued at greater than 20 million. The win of this lengthy lasting relationship is the result of Dialog's aptitude to adapt quickly to the changing needs of DDS. The project team worked closely with the DDS Work Management System project team and the Single User Workspace development team preparing strategies that would assist the eventual convergence of these three critical projects. The system was developed in SAP COTS system with the development of a custom module using the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology. Eris (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) is an approach to enterprise modeling that provides methods for analyzing SAP Business Processes and takes a holistic view of process design, management, labor flow and application processing. These applications are needed to meet the scag 2.0 standard’s Slick A with extra net applications meeting Smooth AA requirement for accessibility. The commission needed ACT services that could cater for changes across various legacy and new internet based applications while improving overall application performance and development processes. For the accessibility compliance project, DC decided to use a design template for consistency across all corporate and client applications. These enhancements enabled DC to demonstrate its mighty commitment to compliance with Government regulations through increased accessibility of its applications for the disabled community. In implementing Managed Application Services for its Corporate and Government clients, Dialog assumes the management of their total application portfolio or significant components of it. Dialog streamlines application management functions, improves governance, implements appropriate standards and processes and can modernism the application portfolio in promote of future business needs and strategic shifts.
