You will receive a packed safety induction to ensure you continue sound in the workplace and we bear you with your safety boots, trousers shorts and essential Personal Care Equipment. Taking care of training and paperwork: We organism all your offthejob training with cafe or other registered training organizations and take concern of all the paperwork and training contracts so you can focus on your work and training. TasBGAS encourages and supports females in the trades, and currently we have a number of female apprentices employed in the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry as Carpenters and in istration. TasBGAS employs and manages apprentices, trainees and school based trainees, throughout Tasmania in subsequent areas of specialization: The term Group Training’ refers to an arrangement where apprentices and trainees are employed by an organization that takes primary responsibility for their training and employment (TasBGAS) but places them with other businesses for their onthejob training. Group Training is particularly handy for businesses that: Find it firm to commit to employing an apprentice or trainee for the whole training period. Have a narrow range of work and cannot bear the range of experience needed by the apprenticeship or trainee ship. Prefer a Field Officer to manage their employment and training responsibilities, for example recruitment, payroll, leave, Superannuation and Work Cover. Group Training is an effortless and cost effective way to have apprentices and trainees in your workplace. We take on the risk and hassle of having an apprentice trainee, and ensure both you (as the Host) and the apprentice trainee receives the best conceivable outcome from the training agreement. TasBGAS is the legal employer of the apprentice or trainee, so we have a vested interest in their apprenticeship trainee ship and make safe the process is easy for you, the Host Company, and the apprentice trainee.
