We have provided career opportunities for job seekers and serviced businesses within the building and construction industry for more than 32 years. We've been partnering with Tasmanian businesses for over 32 years. It’s been a definite experience from day one Apprentice. TasBGAS has been active alongside host employers in the building and construction industry in Tasmania for more 32 years. The right job: We want the best for you and your host employer, providing the correct opportunities to build your skills and earnings vast experience. You will receive a packed safety induction to ensure you continue sound in the workplace and we bear you with your safety boots, trousers shorts and essential Personal Care Equipment. Taking care of training and paperwork: We organism all your offthejob training with cafe or other registered training organizations and take concern of all the paperwork and training contracts so you can focus on your work and training. TasBGAS encourages and supports females in the trades, and currently we have a number of female apprentices employed in the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry as Carpenters and in istration. We actively foster all companies and individuals to urge EEO. At TasBGAS, it is our job to ensure our apprentices, trainees, and staff. We labor closely with our Host Employers to explore possible solutions, and implement safety measures where needed to ensure our employees are busy in a safe labor environment. This project is structured to produce students the opportunity to experience multiple trades within the Building Construction industry over a course of the school year. Bear an opportunity for students considering a career in the Building construction industry to experience multiple trades which will help them in making an informed career choice. We conduct a stuffed comprehensive Induction earlier to your commencement at your Host Company, which also includes a large section on safety.
