Workskills Employment Solutions is a not for gain community organization which has assisted thousands of people to access training and find ongoing, sustainable employment. Workskills began in 1983 as the BridgewaterBrighton Community Youth Urge Scheme, providing community training and employment assistance to long term unemployed people in the area. SkillShare successfully provided training in a wide range of areas including aged and disability care, horticulture, construction, retail, cleaning and literacy and numeracy. Workskills began delivering Job Network services in 1998 and is a leading provider of employment services to the community. Workskills delivers lofty quality, individualized services to people looking for work and to employers.
